JobsGraveyard is dedicated to documenting the reality of jobs loss experienced by people in our community every day. But this is a tricky task. The media tend to focus on the closure of larger workplaces, and also unionized ones with official spokespeople who can be reached for comment. Smaller workplaces, and those without unions, tend to be under-represented in the news stories that we use to track what's going on in the local economy.
